My dad had his check book showing he owned a farm and has been in business since 1962 along with his income tax business since 1982. The man there questioned my father asking what type of farm and the use of the chain saws intended use which dad indicated. Took my Stihl chainsaw in to have helicoil done to a stripped bar stud, (one of two bolts that holds the bar onto the chainsaw.) I got it back with a note on the invoice saying they had to use an oversized bar stud and drilled a hole for what was needed. Cleaned it out before inserting the helicoil, loctited the stud before inserting it and let it sit overnight. The next day they noticed oil weeping out of the hole so they applied some sealant to prevent any further weeping. The next time I used it (two to three weeks later)... read more
