Was having issues with my sink and bathtub, Noel from client services immediately figured out the problem and replaced both of the taps and now they work great! He was super respectful and responsive when I described the issues I was having and was quick to find a solution! I highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any issues.
The worst mistake of this place was seeing the manager Denise change, there are many of us tenants who have been in these apartments for more than 4 years and I had never considered changing places until today, for a few dollars more the deveraux with air conditioning included are much better and it is not much of a difference for better comfort since here there are rules for the air conditioners which seems ridiculous to me and even more so with the heat it feels, 4 years using my air conditioning and I receive a call that ... read more
Noel was helpful and awesome.he is very polite guy and very professional in maintenance.he alway do a great job and he deserves all respect.
We just moved in recently. The site manager Denise is very nice, friendly and accommodating and the maintenance Noel also nice and friendly too. Thank you for the amazing work you did to our window screen and bathtub repair.
