I just want to say how comfortable we are. Ww are so impressed with Susan all the way. I have never dealt with someone thoughtful and kind as Susan, here @120 Albony Drive. She made us feel so welcome. She was really great at showing us all the beautiful work done on the suite. It is such a beautiful design. So clean and beautifully decorated. I like how the steen buck point responds quickly for maintenance. Noel is so friendly and nice guy . Fix my problem so quickly
Was having issues with my sink and bathtub, Noel from client services immediately figured out the problem and replaced both of the taps and now they work great! He was super respectful and responsive when I described the issues I was having and was quick to find a solution! I highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any issues.
The worst mistake of this place was seeing the manager Denise change, there are many of us tenants who have been in these apartments for more than 4 years and I had never considered changing places until today, for a few dollars more the deveraux with air conditioning included are much better and it is not much of a difference for better comfort since here there are rules for the air conditioners which seems ridiculous to me and even more so with the heat it feels, 4 years using my air conditioning and I receive a call that ... read more
