I've lived here for almost four years. I've never had any problems until recently, after speaking to the current manager (twice) about a car adjacent to my spot that hasn't moved in over two years it is still there preventing proper snow removal & creating a significant tripping hazard! Just spent the last hour after work trying to shovel ice because it is more productive than attempting to rectify this issue with the office . Current property manager is rude and dismissive and has no desire to help or even listen. The company takes way too long to do anything . My outlet by my parking spot wasn’t working they said they fixed it but actually didn’t and seemed to run away when I needed help. They love taking your money but won’t help when you need it most.
