I am not sure why all the bad ratings, as we have had an excellent experience with Robert Tuggle and Steen Team Realty. Robert assisted us with finding a beautiful Foothills home to relocate to while we were living in Phoenix. He sent multiple photos for us and answered tons of questions. The staff at the office has been nothing but courteous during our interactions. In fact, Robert is assisting us with finding another home more in town that will better fit our needs. I highly recommend Steen Team Realty.

I rented a new home from Tuli. She was helpful and sent someone to fix our a/c very quicklywl when it broke last September. The office staff was always helpful and friendly. Bottom line is if you take care of the property, you will most likely get your deposit back. I made sure to follow the rules and clean the house regularly and I received my full deposit back. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, they were great.

I own several rental properties and Robert Tuggle has managed them for many years. I have dealt with many property managers and Robert is the best by far. He is honest, he works hard, and he is fair to both landlord and tenant. I couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend him. The negative reviews I have read here are very unfair and don't tell the whole story. Just because you paid your rent on time doesn't mean you will get your security deposit back. I really wish I had paid attention to the reviews of this company before I decided to rent from this agency. As stated in some of the other reviews, Robert Tuggle is an absolute liar and will say anything to get your money. The strategy of Steen Team Reality is have it's renters constantly call, get assured of a call back and that something is being done, when in-fact nothing is happening. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is absolutely horrible. Robert Tuggle moved us into a house with a leaky roof. We reported the first leak in January, they said they'd send someone out to fix it and never did. Come monsoon season, we wound up with a bunch of damaged property. After months of trying to get them to return our calls and send someone out to replace the roof, we had to terminate the lease.
