Inexperienced, unprofessional and incompetent. Dan Jr. & Margaret Steen poorly listed my house. Their out of date marketing, poorly miscalculated overpriced listing and just lack of meaningful advice for putting my Joppa home on the market left me with little interest in over 35 days.
