Im not sure why theres so many bad reviews but I have had a very positive experience! Very welcoming, quick and simple. I haven't had any issue's with dr johnsen. I would absolutely recommend Dr Johnsen! My healing and treatment has been amazing. I have no complaints! Him and his team have been amazing through this whole process!!! 🙌
Don’t go to Dr Steen Johnsen unless you are retired and have absolutely nothing better to do than wait in the lobby for an hour and a half for every visit. I have twice complained to the Banner TOCA staff about this issue. I even modified when I book my appointments, only booking morning appointment times. Nothing changes. I was referred to Dr. Johnson after months of being bounced between doctors—starting with an orthopedic surgeon, then to a foot and ankle specialist, and then back again. I’ve had a grade 3 ankle sprain for over seven months with two torn ligaments. After having an X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, and MRI, I came to him hoping for real treatment. I had surgery on my ankle with dr steen. Then he could not see me for 6 weeks past date to have the cast taken off. They wanted my cast to be on 6 extra weeks because their assistants vacation schedule. I had to change doctors and leave banner after surgery. Unprofessional
He is very good,I have been waiting almost 1hr to seem him.
