Exceptional service!!!! Had John come out and clean my couch & take a look at my floors. Living in new construction and felt like my floors were getting ruined. He left me some spot cleaner that is AMAZING & did an exceptional job on my couch. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!!
This was seriously the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a company. Communication is a huge thing for me, and John communicates every step of the way. He explained everything so well, and didn’t get annoyed when I asked all the random questions. Plus, he guarantees his work, and that’s something I can get behind!!
John came to my home & gave me an estimate & then gave me a time that would work for me. He came at the expected time & did what he promised!! I am very happy with the way he shampooed my carpets & his very professional manner he did the job!! Would recommend him to anyone!!
Very professional and helpful! We recently purchased a home and the previous owner had left bad pet stains on the carpet. If you look at the pictures, you could probably imagine the odor we were smelling. Steem Masters came to the rescue!!! They are awesome!
