Great until you move out. I gave proper notice, I cleaned the apartment top to bottom including shampooing the carpets. I was still charged an outrageous amount upon move out. They claim they its $800 for paint and carpet cleaning. The walls were not discolored or damaged in any way for them to even need any paint. I've tried working with them to ask for receipts for the actual work completed and pictures of what they felt needed to be painted and ghosts. I want my $800 returned as this is a ridiculous & unfair amount.
