I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I was dealing with a billing issue that resulted from staff errors, and when I attempted to address it, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. Dr. Kaitlyn Plummer was dismissive during the conversation and rather than helping resolve the issue or acknowledging the staff’s mistake, I was told I could be terminated from the practice. Discriminatory telling me I missed back to back appointments 2009-2012. While I was homeless. Which shouldn't need to be mentioned or explained. I don't even know this office,and if I scheduled an appt 13 years ago and didn't come, it's not a bank, I'm not building credit. I called for an appointment. But don't ask questions stand on your rules. This is exactly why I do not trust doctors
