Had such a great experience with Steel’s Automotive! Jonathan had my AC fixed in only 2 hours, and the pricing was far lower than I expected. While I waited, I enjoyed chatting with Jonathan and his dad — they were both so kind and made the time fly by. Cannot recommend Jonathon enough. Brought in a used car from a private seller for a buyer’s check and not only did he prevent me from making a bad purchase with that car, but he helped me find another used car in the same year, make, and model, for less money. I was able to get that one checked out by him as well, and ended up purchasing it. He’s really knowledgeable, patient, and transparent, and made the nerve wracking process of buying a used car feel much more comfortable. Thank you Jonathan!!
My first time working with Jonathan and he was solid - knowledgeable, friendly, prompt with replies. He diagnosed my check engine light and replaced a battery and vent valve on my Mazda 3. The garage location is great for anyone who lives in Easton Park. FYI - the neighboring business has a lot of outdoor clutter which you will notice when you pull in.
