Not great. Not great at all. My parents asked for 6 metre lengths of steel bracing. Which they were, on ONE side. However, seeing as they'd been cut on a 45deg angle, they were only 5.86 metres on the other side. That means they couldn't be fastened to the cross beams on both ends. The attempt to rectify this was shut down after being on hold for quite some time. That's what professionalism is these days, huh? Just getting told NO, that's what you get?
