We visited Steelhead Lodge for a large family dinner last weekend. The meal started off with fantastic drinks (especially the Margaritas). Next came fabulous fresh salad and warm rolls. The entrees were to die for (we had a large enough group that we were able to try almost all of the choices on the menu --> the chicken, ribs, fish, and steak were all amazing). Probably one of the best ribeye steaks I have had the pleasure to enjoy. I enjoy the casualness of the atmosphere while still feeling like I am "going uptown". Portions are enormous; but they offer a plate sharing option for only $9! Do not miss this place! They do take reservations (recommended).
Everyone is very friendly, and you won't get better ribs anywhere on the planet :)
