Worst experience with a contractor. We hired Dwayne and I should have listened to my gut instinct. Upon signing the contract he was complaining about another customer at the time. Unfortunately I proceeded to hire him. He promised he would start the job in the given time frame with his team and assured me if I canceled he wouldn’t keep our money. Dwayne remodeled 2 bathrooms for my wife and I. He was not only professional and courteous but Dwayne was transparent through the entire remodeling process. His pricing was fair and his attention to detail was exceptional. We were very pleased with the work Dwayne did and I would highly recommend him for any remodeling needs.
Nov 2023 Dwayne Steele, licensed contractor recently remodeled---our master bathroom. Dwayne's workmanship is outstanding. He is super easy to work with and he explains the remodeling process every step of the way. No surprises. Excellent job! Every time we walk into our bathroom ---it is like we are walking into a luxury spa. We LOVE our new master bathroom!!! Totally satisfied customer. Dwayne did an excellent job at making my dreams come true for my Master Bath and Hall Bath. I am very happy with the remodel and enjoyed working through the process with him. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be using Steele's Remodeling again in the future.
