The worst service ever by dr yusra , I took my baby to check his ears she checked and said there is wax but it’s not harmful this appointment was when he was 10 months then when he turned 11 months i noticed he’s not babbling or saying mama and dada so I took him to paediatric clinic and it turned out that the wax was way too much and he has hearing impairment because of that wax buildup . Dr Yusra needs to update her information or do a referral instead screwing up with the patients
The lady doctor wouldn’t bother listening to you, beyond one issue. It is unethical. That is because they charge the government for every visit . In my 2 years of going there i realized i never really got diagnosed for any of my issues. Was prescribed medicines but pretty much healed on my own with time. There is a reason why this place is empty despite allowing walk ins. !!! AVOiD
They would ask you to pay for services you shouldn't be paying if you have a health card, on top of that they will request for cash.
I was asked to pay $60 for my first visit, even though I presented my health card. The doctor and receptionist both told me to claim it back, but they had no idea how the process works. I’ve visited many other medical centers and have never been charged this $60 fee for a walk-in.
Incredible clinic! The staff were very nice and respectful and the young receptionist, Michael fatooti was very friendly and helpful.
