I was asked to pay $60 for my first visit, even though I presented my health card. The doctor and receptionist both told me to claim it back, but they had no idea how the process works. I’ve visited many other medical centers and have never been charged this $60 fee for a walk-in.
Incredible clinic! The staff were very nice and respectful and the young receptionist, Michael fatooti was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this clinic. My experience with them was extremely bad. They neglected me. I went back to Dr. Yasra Al-Bair to refer me for gastric bypass surgery. She told me she referred me. I went back 9 months later and then I found out she didn’t refer me. Unfortunately, she lied to him. I kept in touch with the secretary. They wanted to make the matter clear. My experience with this clinic was the first visit with the doctor and her treatment of the patient was not good and he had a special case that should have been dealt with carefully, but we did not find good treatment and when I went to the clinic again I wanted to be transferred to the second doctor and explained my special case so that I could continue to visit him and I tried everything with him but he did not respond and did not appreciate my special case and whenever I spoke to him he said find another doctor unfortunat... read more
