I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ahmed and his staff. Dr. Ahmed is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and organized, and they truly go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. The clinic is clean, calm, and very well managed. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone looking for an excellent dentist with an amazing staff!
Great service from all the way from reception to dental staff. 20+ years, never an issue at all. 10/10, recommend if you are looking for a new dental office or to switch. They take care not only to clean your teeth, but also to address any matters with insurance, options for future treatment, and the actual health of your teeth/gums/mouth beyond just cleaning (this is so important and often overlooked). Genuinely a joy to come here every so often because everyone is a pleasure to be around.
⭐ 1 Star My experience was disappointing from the very first phone call. The receptionist asked several questions about my dental benefits, and when I explained that my work benefits provide 100% coverage, her tone noticeably changed. As a new patient trying to book a hygiene appointment, I felt unwelcome and as though my appointment was an inconvenience. Instead of assisting me, I was advised to go back to my previous dentist because transferring records would involve "a lot of paperwork." This came across as unprofession... read more
