I understand the person working was busy and frustrated, but he was short with customers in the store and those calling. They first told me they only had time to patch my tire, but wouldn't be able to check the other three. Then came back and said they couldn't patch the tire, so I would need four new tires. (This isn't an all wheel drive vehicle, so all four tires don't have to be the same brand.) I just needed one tire. We were from out of town and on our way home when our car blew a brake line. A friend of ours referred us to Steele's Hometown Tire so we called them. They got us in the next morning and got us on hour way home a few hours later. The price I was charged for the repair was reasonable and there were no increased charges given my situation. While there, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, John. He was a really nice, down to earth, honest guy. His employees were nice and respectful as well.
