These guys are great, my door broke on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out first thing Saturday morning and repair it, and for a very fair price! Will definitely use them again!
Can’t be trusted! They set appointments for the day after what they tell you! Make an appointment for Friday they will set it up for Saturday. This has happened to me twice!
It's been almost a week since our garage door broke and we immediately called Steeles (since we have used them in the past). They never answered all weekend (even though their hours say they are open) and when we finally did get ahold of them they couldn't come out to give us a quote until the next day. Do not trust Steele's. A hinge tore out of my garage door and it came off the track. Called Steele's and they sent a repair technician the next day. He told us he couldn't repair it because he didn't have the correct hinge. He went on to say our door was discontinued because it was a poor design and that he couldn't get a replacement part. He told us we needed to replace the whole door. Not knowing any better, we trusted the professional was telling the truth.
