5 stars for the guy who came out to give the estimate. 0 stars for the jerks who installed the doors. When I came out to introduce myself and inform them that I'm a work from home therapist with my office above the garage, I requested they speak softly as I was about to start work. I was met with pure attitude "Well, this tool doesn't have a silencer on it" as he pointed at it and stared with a cocky attitude as if to pick a fight. I highly recommend this company and their technician Jake. I had an opener installed in 2023 and had a couple of minor issues with it afterwards. They were so prompt and courteous in coming back to take care of the adjustments that needed to be made and did not feel compelled to have to charge for these less than five minute visits. That is hard to find and Jake’s service is exceptional and rare! If you need a new garage door or opener, these are the people to call!
I really appreciated mannerism Tyler and Matt, They were very professional their work was top-notch, The system they put in was very complex lots of whistle and bells everything worked perfectly they went the extra mile and put the app on my phone which was a lifesaver thanks again.
