I highly recommend this company and their technician Jake. I had an opener installed in 2023 and had a couple of minor issues with it afterwards. They were so prompt and courteous in coming back to take care of the adjustments that needed to be made and did not feel compelled to have to charge for these less than five minute visits. That is hard to find and Jake’s service is exceptional and rare! If you need a new garage door or opener, these are the people to call!
I really appreciated mannerism Tyler and Matt, They were very professional their work was top-notch, The system they put in was very complex lots of whistle and bells everything worked perfectly they went the extra mile and put the app on my phone which was a lifesaver thanks again.
Good and bad. I think the owner does a good job but his workers are a different story. Our garage opener was installed by the owner and it was a great experience. Our door recently was malfunctioning and they sent out workers. They said they did what they could to fix the door but it still would get stuck. Had them come back and the worker just waived his hand at the door and said it just needed to be replaced. Unfortunately it was a bad experience. My mom needed a new sensor for her garage door. It took 15 minutes to install and they charged $250 - whaaaaat???! That's inappropriately crazy. What are they thinking!! Taking advantage of seniors and uninterested in repeat customers.
