This Steele is the only one I would buy from in my opinion. I had tried others but valley bests everyone in customer service! Friendly staff, you feel like you matter and your opinion matters too. I Bought my Bolt 2 years ago and they have been amazing
First service done on my 2025 trax. Great service and friendly staff. Most dealers treat you different if you don’t buy your vehicle from them ,but not steel valley chev. I asked Sheryl for a quote on winter tire package , she didn’t give me only one but three choices. Sheryl is amazing.
Bought a 2022 Trailblazer brand new in 2022. Had to have the shifter replaced a year later because the sensor couldn't sense when the vehicle was in park which then it would not let me turn it off. Was dealt with in a timely manner. This year, with only 37,000 kms on it and well looked after, it needs a head gasket replaced. Long story short, they had my vehicle 5 days short of 3 months!
