Dr. Steele we have no issues with. Her hygienist that my wife saw today however was absolutely atrocious. She spent an hour in the chair for a cleaning appointment only to eventually be told that they weren't going to do it because she "needed a deep clean" that isn't covered by insurance. Not just one but 4. This kind of upselling BS is the reason I personally changed dentists. The last one said I needed $1800 worth of "preemptive crowns". This hygienist should be fired.
Dr. Steele and her hygienists and assistants are very friendly, helpful and patient! They are willing to take the time to answer questions and explain. I would highly recommend their office!
Gentle touch dental Saw my hygienist and her name is Jocelyn Rowley She and Dr Steele are very caring about your teeth they take the time to clean your teeth they tell you what you need to improve on and they tell you when your doing a great job I was happy to here Dr Steele and my hygienist tell me I made there day when they were impressed I was following there recommendation on my teeth I would encourage you to give them a try if you care about your teeth. I requested a teeth-cleaning & not to receive more than 4 x-rays! The hygienist pushed me into 18 poses. She immediately prescribed me a toothpaste I told her I was not interested in. Then they lied saying they charged my insurance for the toothpaste! The Dr. lied saying Hydroxyapatite was fluoride-- anyone with a little education would know its not! Teeth cleaning never happened! They counted cavities on x-rays not in my mouth! $1900 worth of fillings! Moneymaking scam artists! I walked out!
