To try and make a long story short: The first plumber I called was awful. He came initially at 8:30 pm for ten minutes and told us we needed thousands of dollars worth of work done. After poor communication and him continuing to no show us, we called John with Steele Plumbing. He came exactly when he said he would, and was done with his work within a few hours. Damaged my water pipes and drain while cleaning the drain, made me wait for a month, never showed up
06/23/2002 - UPDATED!!!! - As you can see below, the owner John responded to my review. I called their office and got an immediate answer and spoke with the most pleasant individual. She reiterated what John had noted below and took down the details of the work we need done. She advised they will follow-up shortly on this. After this conversation, my confidence level is high and I look forward to working with these guys.
