I love living here. It is so quiet and peaceful. Great neighborhood and nice neighbors and the proximity to so many places to eat and shop is an added bonus. The apartments are only studios but with the right furniture and arrangement it is like living in a one bedroom. Nicely priced rent and management is easy to get in touch with. The only downfall that I have found is that there are no pets allowed but it is understandable considering the size of the units.

Quiet, safe neighborhood! Never a problem to complain about! Lived there 3 years!
I’m being completely honest!! This place is great I only had two problems while living here. Before I start disclaimer* this place is currently under new management I’m talking about my experience with the manager Leslie. So my first problem was that the gate was constantly getting broken but it was due to some residents living there once they moved the gate stayed fixed. The second problem was my air went out twice during the summer but the manager fixed it quickly. (I don’t know if this is the same for the new people) Also... read more
