My husband and I both switched to Erie a couple weeks ago with Jennifer. She was amazing in making the process simple and smooth and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She is amazing and I definitely recommend!!! She is the sweetest person you’ll come across ESPECIALLY dealing with insurance people, most of them want to just take your money and go on about their day, not this one.
We just recently switched to Steele insurance agency in October after being with our former agency for 30 years! They made the process as easy as possible, and were ready to answer questions when I had them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first.
Jennifer was not very nice to deal with. My husband and i both experienced a nasty attitude from her and she was not helpful at all. i do not recommend using her.

Ron Steele/Erie insurance is fantastic. I'm not sure how to elaborate on the super interestingness of insurance, so here's my bullet points... 1) I've been with them since I was 16 - so 12 years now. During the most expensive parts of a young adults life (insurance wise) not a single other provider has EVER offered a lower rate.
