2.5+ hours for an oil change with no end/update in sight
Every service appt takes 2+hours, even for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This time I've been waiting 4 hours so far!! I purchased the maintenance package, which was the worst idea because I'll be spending half my day waiting entry 60-90 days. Going to try Kyle next time because I'd rather drive an extra hour to not have to sit and wait in a waiting room 2+ hours.
