After having an absolute nightmare sales experience, service experience and overall experience at Steele Hyundai of Kyle. It was nice to go to a dealership that actually has some people that care. Useless. Dropped my car off to be diagnosed/repaired and it sat for 2 days without being touched. I was never called or contacted, I had to call every time, and after learning that none of what I asked for had been done in almost 36 hours, I said I was on my way back to take it home. Miraculously, 20 minutes later, it was diagnosed, just to make sure I could pay their absurd diagnosis fee before walking away. I’m so grateful so everything Jeff, Tim and Anita did for me today at Steele Hyundai in New Braunfels! I had a horrible experience early today at another dealer which ultimately landed me at Steele. From the phone call through the whole process, everyone was kind and absolutely amazing! These guys did everything to get me in my dream car!!!
