I had a great experience buying a car at Steele Hyundai at the Kyle location. Faith really explained every stop of the buying process and she made it a smooth experience. She was also very patient and transparent with me. She was upfront about pricing and fees and did not try to hide costs or push unnecessary extras. I recently had to take in my Santa Fe for a recall and the service provided by the customer service representative was very efficient and always very willing to help me. I appreciate Valerie being there to assist me with getting my vehicle serviced and the team providing service at a reasonable timely manner. Kyle Hyundai is the place I would recommend. I had honestly one of the best car-buying experiences at Steele Hyundai last weekend. Stephanie in sales was helpful, and guided us without pushing. David in finance had a great demeanor, and was incredibly knowledgeable. The hidden gem of the group was Michelle, who has an amazing presence and warmth to her. Each of the three not only helped us with our purchase, but also made sure our two young children were kept busy with coloring and full with snacks.
