Feeling rob with the, CUSTOMER LOYALTY ADVANTAGE add on. Drove out of town for +4 hours to purchase a vehicle I have decided on , at this dealership. "They told me that that add on could not be removed at all, and, that it could be use in other locations." I few months later, the two Hyundai dealers in my city told me that they don't honor any of Steele Hyundai promotion. Made me pay for an add on that I will never be able to use. I shame otherwise this would of been a great experience.

My car was even more broken after they worked on it. I had it there for 2 weeks, acquiring rental car fees because it took them 9 days to even provide a loaner vehicle for me despite it being under extended warranty. Then when the same part they worked on broke within 2 weeks, already being diagnosed by a non-Hyundai mechanic within 3 hours of me leaving it elsewhere (crazy how a non-Hyundai mechanic can provide timely diagnosis and free transportation vs the treatment you get at Hyundai) they still didn't provide a loaner v... read more
Very pleasant and professional service and reception. Very clean and decent environment. Valarie was very good. This business and dealership is one of the best that I have visited in my many years, Service Reps Valarie, David and Scott the sales man are truly and professionally GOOD.
