I have used Steele GMC for multiple trucks and have often had more than one in there at a time for over a year now (from my business). Chad V. is usually our service representative and does a great job communicating. They send the video updates and shoot you straight. I have yet to have to go back for something done wrong and when parts are on order they keep me informed. I would recommend for anyone and especially for personal vehicles, I believe you would be well taken care of.
Immediate response upon arrival. Probably lest than five minute check in. Went for a breakfast near by, and work was completed when we returned. Cashier check out was immediate also. Great service dept.
