Stephen was an absolute pro to work with. Consistently available for calls or questions. Communicated on a regular basis on the status of my vehicle and patiently listened to my complaints of backordered parts. I highly recommend him! GMC on the other hand cannot get parts in a timely manner. I understand backordered parts but almost 3 months to get a warranted transmission due to backordered stock is not acceptable. I purchased my truck in January of 2024. They sold to me a coverage for upholstery and paint. That will take care of any issue. They have not responded to my first claim for fixing upholstery. They responded to the second claim for upholstery by finally giving me a claim information number. I spoke with the finance managers of steel GMC telling them that I want my money back on this worthless warranty type of aftermarket cell. They're selling me and they have not responded.
