The concierge management company is very unprofessional, for that reason alone I refuse to live here.
If you are looking for an apartment that you can smell your neighbors food being cooked coming through your vents everyday. Water issues, such as apartments constantly being flooded. Smoking rule not enforced. Garage is not secure, your bike has a good chance of being stolen. They do not recycle which is awful. Constant construction for repairs on the building. They are not transparent with their billing and the utilities we had to pay were equivalent to a large home for a tiny apartment.
Steele Creek is one of the most prestigious high rises and best ran communities in the city! #BrianBambooRealty
