Management is helpful, understanding, compassionate, and have great communication with employees. People that have been fired due to incompetence, underperformance, harassment are the only ones that leave bad reviews and I have been with the company for years. Also subcontractors that don’t do the work and expect payment leave bad reviews, as well.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at my previous job, where I was unfairly terminated despite my dedication and strong leadership of a large construction crew. It became clear that the company prioritizes long-standing employees over those who excel in their roles, regardless of performance. The decision to retain underperforming workers simply based on tenure highlights a lack of fairness, strategic thinking, and professionalism.
