I just bought a 2024 GMC Terrain from Steele CDJR in Lockhart. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door to test drive a car to the when I drove out with my new car I was treated with respect and treated like family. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. I paid $400 for a diagnosis just for “the technician” to not figure out how to fix the second issue. Usually the diagnosis fee is included as part of the price of the repair unless you decide not to have them fix the problem. The first problem was “fixed” with that cost added to the diagnostic cost. Only to have it happen again less than a week after repair. Service department was great to work with. They really set the standard for customer service. They were all super polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I decided to head to this shop instead of the San Marcos one based on these reviews, and it was absolutely the right call. While I hope that I don't have to see them again anytime soon, it's comforting to know that I have a competent and caring "home" shop not too terribly far away.
They don't do my national recall for bad part... I find other dealer to do that for me they will wash my truck and give me a Ride home that's Service!!!
