I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 120,000 mile tune-up about a month ago and thought the service was expensive but ok until today. I got my oil changed at Valvoline today and they told me the oil cap was missing and the entire engine and air filter was covered in oil and about 3 quarts of oil had leaked out. Steele was the last place that serviced my vehicle and I told them the oil had been changed less than a month before.
