We are out of towners and needed some regular maintenance on our Jeep. Made reservations online requested a few things. Tina was ready when I arrived. She asked me about the services I was looking for and why. She could have easily done the services I initially requested but after asking me questions and further discussions, we agreed on a different path that ultimately saved me money. Point being, she did not take advantage when she could have. This is integrity and the type of service we should always get. Thx Tina!!

I just bought a 2024 GMC Terrain from Steele CDJR in Lockhart. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. I paid $400 for a diagnosis just for “the technician” to not figure out how to fix the second issue. Usually the diagnosis fee is included as part of the price of the repair unless you decide not to have them fix the problem. The first problem was “fixed” with that cost added to the diagnostic cost. Only to have it happen again less than a week after repair.
