Service department was great to work with. They really set the standard for customer service. They were all super polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I decided to head to this shop instead of the San Marcos one based on these reviews, and it was absolutely the right call. While I hope that I don't have to see them again anytime soon, it's comforting to know that I have a competent and caring "home" shop not too terribly far away.
They don't do my national recall for bad part... I find other dealer to do that for me they will wash my truck and give me a Ride home that's Service!!!
I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 120,000 mile tune-up about a month ago and thought the service was expensive but ok until today. I got my oil changed at Valvoline today and they told me the oil cap was missing and the entire engine and air filter was covered in oil and about 3 quarts of oil had leaked out. Steele was the last place that serviced my vehicle and I told them the oil had been changed less than a month before. Dylan is amazing! I let him know what kind of car I was looking for and he did all the hard work in finding the perfect one for me. I was able to be in and out quick. Javier was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
