I can’t speak highly enough of Kirk and the Steele dealership. I live in the Houston area and just bought a Grand Cherokee yesterday. I was on my way to San Antonio today and my a/c stopped working. I showed up without an appointment and in a panic. The entire service staff was so kind and worked efficiently to help me. He answered every call I made after I left (which was like 15) with patience and kindness and was able to get my car back to me even after hours. Just went in for an oil change but the service and CS was top notch!
Do not buy, there are lies about lies, I have a temporary license plate expired we bought the vehicle, they never called again for the license plates, now I have to deal with that, it was a bad experience and a bad decision to do business with them, avoid them at all costs.
