Significant Cooling Problems After $24,000+ HVAC Installation – Currently Unresolved Steele Bros recently replaced my HVAC system with a new Bryant heat pump/furnace system and installed an Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. Horrible customer service. Rude, inpatient, and inattentive. Unable to do a review on service because I was not worthy enough to get an appointment.
We made a warranty call for our HVAC system to address temperature balancing and airflow concerns in our one year-old home. Luis answered the the call for Steele Brothers Heating. What a wonderful experience. Not only did he address our concerns to make our system run WAY better, he also took time to explain how our 3-zone system is designed to work and how best to setup our system through the thermostat settings. Luis was very professional and took time to address the concerns and to share his knowledge with us.
Tom was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about adding a heat pump to my home. The crew was excellent as well. Considerate, professional and prompt. Can’t recommend them enough!
