I had a furnace installed six years ago by Steele Bros Heating, Inc. located in Denver. My furnace is a high-efficiency condensing furnace, yet they never installed the condensate drain line— a huge mistake — it's not only dangerous, but totally embarrassing to overlook such an important part of the installation!
