Have used Steele Bros for years for regular HVAC checkups. Our home humidifier system was having some issues, and Luis came out to get everything figured out and running smoothly again. (It was an issue with Castle Rock's hard-water deposits.) Luis recommended we add a filtration device to improve the unit's operation and to extend the life of the system. I definitely appreciate how quick and easy the repair process went, and how communicative and thorough Luis was!
Luis did a nice job of diagnosing the problem with our laundry room fan and was very good in explaining his findings.
Ryan came out and fixed it quickly. Even explain what went wrong and methods to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
