Well when things are good there are good reviews, but when they are not - Where are those reviews!? We were Vacation renters and had to call office several times. We had many issues at the house. Met with flippant, unprofessional, responses; Excuses & Insincere words and treated like they were doing you are favor. Have rented many times from other realtors without issues.
