Steele Animal Hospital may be a bit more expensive but the vets seem to really care about the pets and their staff love animals. I have taken my dogs and cats there for 3 years and have no complaints.
To the people at Steele Animal Hospital: You should at least run the tests before quoting an estimate for major surgery for my pet. I've worked with used car salesmen who were less money oriented... Oh yes, and that guy you have behind the front counter is really cold and rude.
This animal hospital is the cleanest animal hospital I've seen. The staff is very caring and helpful. The doctors are very professional. I would not go anywhere else.
Thanks to the knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff, I was able to make an educated decision regarding my pets care and treatment. I was kept informed and up to date every step of the way. Office recommended by the local SPCA, but I could not get an estimated price range for a specific surgery over the phone (from a stumbling and puzzled receptionist). Went elsewhere and received great care.
Extremely knowledgable and professional. Between Dr Manarino and Dr Steele they always give exceptional service.
