I have been going there since the mid-90s. I’ve never had any issues they’ve always been super competitive but the best part I can trust them. Thank you Dave. To give you an example Mazda dealership wanted to replace all my sensors because they said the batteries were almost dead. I took it to Dave. They rebooted the sensors and everything’s good no charge that’s honesty

TRUE GENTLEMAN… I called them at 9 am on New Year’s Day because 2 rim shops could not install my winter tires due to the lug nuts . We were going Niagara that afternoon and the weather called for snow , I told them my situation , with out hesitation he said “ don’t worry “ just bring the car . For them to take me on such a busy day considering they are open 1/2 day and have work orders. They took me in right away and had me out with in 30 mins . Called to get a quote on a set of tires. Didn’t end up speaking to anyone. After asking how are you, I was greeted with a rude “WE ARE BUSY”. Steelcase has been an amazing place for tires for years for me, after that it has left a horrible taste in my mouth. That is not customer service
