Dan and his team have earned my 5 star rating. He was straight up with me about houses that we looked at and gave me his honest opinion. After looking at numerous houses on the market, I began to get aggravated and Dan let me know that he would continue the search until I found the house I wanted. First off I want to say Dan was good at getting back to you and answering calls. We have bought and sold many houses and never have I left a bad review until we dealt with Dan. We did have a different circumstance because we were buying a house from out of town where the only way we were going to see it was through video. He was representing both sides of the transaction and we definitely feel he left details out and was very misleading.
