Dr Mark Lesh is great but his staff has a lot to be desired. Dr. Lesh ordered a knee brace and I was measured 8 weeks ago and was told it would take 3 weeks. Have been calling and they keep telling me 3 more weeks. Good thing I'm not in a hurry.
Been waiting for over a week to schedule a follow up- every time you call no one is around I left a voicemail one week ago still no call back, left another voicemail the other day no call back, and I made a final call and immediately got put on hold and after five minutes still no one had picked back up. I guess I will be going elsewhere to continue care.
