Nice places to live. Office needs work. Wife and I put in applications on a weds. After not hearing back we follow up monday. Are told "i was on vacation" and that they would be processed soon. Spent 12 years in a house they rented to us. Lisa, Mark, Aaron and everyone else in the company had a personal touch that I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Been renting with them for over four years in a single house rental. They have been extremely fast on any maintenance or repairs, they leave me alone any other time, the office staff is always cordial and professional, and they even send out Christmas cards. As a habitual renter, I would say they are the best management company I have ever rented from. Would give 6 stars if I could.
