Spent 12 years in a house they rented to us. Lisa, Mark, Aaron and everyone else in the company had a personal touch that I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Even after leaving (since we bought a house), I feel we’ve forged friendships with them. They always took care of us, were fair, and fixed any issues we had. My family moved into one of their properties in 2018 and moved out in 2026. I honestly cannot say enough about the experience I had working with them. We had rented an older home that needed some work and they were not done with it when we needed to move in but understood our situation. I have not had the best experience with Landlords in my past as my experience with them was that most were corrupt. That was not the case with Steeltown Rentals. Been renting with them for over four years in a single house rental. They have been extremely fast on any maintenance or repairs, they leave me alone any other time, the office staff is always cordial and professional, and they even send out Christmas cards. As a habitual renter, I would say they are the best management company I have ever rented from. Would give 6 stars if I could.
