This company is a bad neighbor. I live in the area and ever since they've opened their earthmoving business here in 2014 they've detracted from the Quality of Life in the surrounding Residential Zoning area (they are zoned for Light industrial but abut several homes and a dog training business as well as farming). The actual business plant looks pretty shoddy...like a truck parking lot.
