I joined this gym in 2019 and was super intimidated by the word crossfit. I was worried that I wouldn't fit in, or that I would be judged because I couldn't lift very much weight. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was welcomed by all the coaches and members. Everyone was so friendly! The coaches are very informative and are always willing to help with any questions I have. The workouts are always challenging and keep me motivated!
The best gym! The community, friends, and fun competition has kept me here for almost 4 years. I’ve tried the planet fitnesses of the world and it just wasn’t for me. Steel River has kept me coming back week after week and it will continue to do so. You are missing out if you don’t try a class.
I started at here in April 2021 for a six week challenge. During that time I lost over 6% of my body fat, lost multiple inches, slept better, and found a new confidence. Since working out here I am stronger than I have ever felt before. Each class is different and the variety in workouts keeps me invested in maintaining a consistent motivation to show up and work hard.
