So I did had a positive experience with this company at first but guess what, it all changes after you give them the money. After I paid to have my roof done in 2022, they completed the job and never heard from them again. Years go by and found some leaking damage. There was mold growing from my dry wall and it was inspected and advised that it is coming from he roof. We love our new metal roof! We had quotes from other companies and none of them actually got up on our roof to inspect our current roof. Steel master not only got up there, but they also had our quote the very next morning. Our roof was definitely not an easy job but they were ready and willing to take on the job and were so easy to work with.
