As an architect, I have had a lot of experience with the trades. The Steel Master crew was great. On time, worked all day in 90+ weather. Cleaned up after each day. They explained the process and let us know what they would accomplish that day. These guys know what they're doing. The roof is fairly complicated. Do not hesitate to use Steel Mater.
We hired Steel Master for a standing seam metal roof and steel board-and-batten siding — a fairly complex job with a lot of custom trim work, coil wrapping, and coordinated metal details throughout. Matt was responsive from the start, engaged with the specifics of what we wanted, and the crew executed everything cleanly. If you go in with a detailed spec, they'll work with it rather than push back. Solid company for metal work that goes beyond a basic install.
So I did had a positive experience with this company at first but guess what, it all changes after you give them the money. After I paid to have my roof done in 2022, they completed the job and never heard from them again. Years go by and found some leaking damage. There was mold growing from my dry wall and it was inspected and advised that it is coming from he roof. I have had two metal roofs put on our homes in Warsaw and Rochester, Indiana by Steel Master Roofing. The professionalism and courtesy that the office folks and installer’s have displayed is the best I could have hoped for. The roof’s were completed in in less than two days. The clean up afterwards was unbelievable. I would recommend Steel Master Roofing to anyone needing a new roof, the price and service are impeccable!
