We love our new metal roof! We had quotes from other companies and none of them actually got up on our roof to inspect our current roof. Steel master not only got up there, but they also had our quote the very next morning. Our roof was definitely not an easy job but they were ready and willing to take on the job and were so easy to work with. If you want a big company that acts like two guys and a truck this is it. I called and informed them if a property I needed a roof on. Gave the details. Informed them the roof was tall. They didn't bring a tall enough ladder. They didn't do a double pull. I was told they'd pull satellite measurements and get me a quote end of day or the next day at latest.
