Im not really sure what this person is talking about because the Steel Magnolia staff would never treat anyone like a second-class citizen. Ive been going there for about four years. I dont get there often as I have trouble finding time for myself but when I do get the chance, it is a friendly, welcoming place to hang out, chat and get a fabulously relaxing mani or pedi. The prices are a little more expensive than some places but if youre willing to treat yourself, you wont be disappointed.
This place is very friendly. Not sure what the bad review was about, I walked in with my slipknot(heavy metal band)shirt on and hollister sweats and was treated like i owned the place! Kay did everything 2 get me in that day and Dawn treated my daughter like a princess! We wont go anywhere else!
i arrived at this salon about 10am on a Tue morning and there was NOBODY there except the beauticians sitting around doing nothing. they looked down their nose at me ( i was dressed in my gym clothes) and said they didnt have time for me. which is strange sense their shop was EMPTY!! i asked if their were any other salons in town that do pedicures and they suggested Top Nails... i went around the corner to Top Nails and got the best pedicure ive ever had and was treated like a queen!!
