I had one of my very strange experience ever with the person on the other side of the phone whose name I dont remember. After initially looking keen about our project which is a school project he asked if it was a faith based school. A very bizarre experience dealing with the owner from the outset of trying to organise our project. We provided drawings and CAD files to this company/supplier and even drove 6-7 hours to view their product. A clear sign of being committed & trying to engage them. No firm quotations provided, no calls or emails returned when agreed to.
