My credit card account was compromised back in July after returning from vacation. Once I confirmed the charges on my CC account were not valid my, card was immediately inactivated. This card was attached to many vendor accounts including Steel. It was a little overwhelming attempting to remember how vendors I needed to contact and update with new information. This place is gross, outdated, and the staff will do everything in their power not to fix things. I will bet money that they still haven’t fixed the sauna door and the yoga mats and shower curtains are still nasty. Horrible.
For the 10th time this month I've come to the gym after work only to find along with all the other members, that we can't use the turf, trx ropes, battle ropes, boxing equipment, stretching, kettlebells, med balls, and more, because the fitness class is there with blaring music in competition with the regular music being played in the rest of the gym.
