I've been coming here for more then a year now and love it. Never have pushed pills or pain meds. They are caring and intelligent.
I am so tired of making doctors appointments and waiting well over an hour each time to be seen past my appointment time. I will be changing PCM because of this. Why do doctors run their practices this way?

The Staff at this office is Amazing I called to get in for a sick appointment the receptionist got me right in and I was well taken care of. She is now the Dr for my entire family. Dr Steel you are Awesome !!!!!!

Im very frustrated and disappointed in this office today, not dr steel herself. Ive been seeing shanna for over six years. She knows my history, my family, etc. I like her so much that even after we moved to hendersonville, tn i continue to see her. I always make my appointment specifically with her, every single time. I think this office and its staff just rocks...super nice and they listen no matter how much I complain
