What a disappointment. Spent $4500 on a garage door from these yahoos, two panels were dented. They refuse to replace one of them because I didn't find the dent soon enough (door was installed in November 2024, I didn't notice until February 2025). Installer wasn't helpful at all either, they guy could have bothered to inspect the panels before he put them up, or at the very least told me to inspect them with a fine toothed comb, seeing as how the quality of the product is abysmal. Go somewhere else for your garage doors!
Ordered 3 Esteem doors when I built my garage in 2018. Every window seal failed. New windows were ordered in Jan 2021. The windows arrived in Oct 2022. They have been sitting on my garage floor since the day they arrived. After many many emails, calls and texts with the local dealer in Cranbrook, the windows still are not installed. My Edmonton contact has left it in the Cranbrook dealers control. Both have failed to impress me. I would not recommend Steel Craft after this experience
