The Branch Manager, Jon and the customer service person answered all my questions, and provided great advice based on my needs. The product I received exceeded my expectations with both overall quality and aesthetic. The installation went smooth, and the door worked and looked great! Purchased 4 equipment doors with windows. Experienced seal failures after 1 year. Rep from Steelcraft looked at them, and sent us some replacements...more seal failures, some right out of the box. Steelcraft reports that they have changed their supplier. We now have a a Warranty claim #, a sales order # ,but 7 weeks later...no windows and no one answers the phone or calls me back !! Have since reached a live employee of Steelcraft...they promptly looked after my warranty claim, but the windows sit in Mississaga, waiting for ... read more
