Good place to go for all door products you need.
Terrible customer service and being lied to numerous times about shipping. Ordered a door and was told 4-6 weeks. 12 weeks later they have told us three times that the door was being shipped but it never leaves Edmonton because they said the truck wasn't full enough to ship! LOL Don't buy from these liars. Poorly run business.
Had a great experience here. The parts desk is a bit tucked away and tricky to find. But the girl working it was very friendly, super helpful and quick. They measured the cable I brought in for replacement. Called a guy over the radio to come and custom make me 2 more. They were done in less than ten minutes and for $3 each. I was expecting to pay some ridiculously marked up garage door price. But nope, custom cables for pennies. I’ll definitely be back if I need future parts down the road.
