The units are clean and well maintained and the customer service is great! The manager is very friendly and helpful. I had an internet glitch when I reserved my unit online and it didn't take the reservation. They called back right away and took care of it. When I have had questions they respond very quickly to an email or if I leave a message. These days I believe customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses. That is definitely not the case with Steel City Storage. Thank you
