My first visit to Steel City Spa and had the most sublime experience! I had the luxury facial with hand and foot enhancements - what a treat! Isabella is professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Beyond professional! I just can't say enough about how positive my experience was. The space is clean and relaxing and Isabella is an exceptional esthetician. I left feeling brand new after the Luxury Refresh (which is an amazing price for the service that you receive.) She *totally* made a client out of me!

Experience was good but customer service wasn’t so great, and I do need to share how uncomfortable it made me. The customer service is the reason for the 2 stars. I first visited Isabella through a Groupon and she did a great job, I was very happy with my service. Because of this I decided to splurge a few months later and purchase her membership for 3 months.
