Just wanted tp give a shout out to Rick and all of the crew at Steel City Roofers. They replaced my full roof almost a year ago, no issues at all. Recent strong winds blew off one of my vent caps (original from 25 years ago, nothing Steel City replaced). Called Rick on the phone, he was more than willing to help, brought several caps out with him....and five minutes later....crisis avoided. Would not accept any money for his service. Steel City Roofers made the roof replacement process easy and fast. We had multiple roofing companies come out to take a look at our wind damage, and Steel City was the only one that took the time to explain the process. Took them a day and a half to fully replace the roof and clean up.
