Incredible experience from start to finish; Competitive pricing; Quality of work was top notch; I dealt with Rick, Mike & Bradly; All 3 were very responsive, thorough & professional; Rick performed initial inspection and new roof replacement quote; Mike and Bradley provided roof install oversight & QC; Steel City is a certified GAF Master Elite Contr. which allows them to offer extended warranties on the roofs they install; Based on my experience, I would not hesitate using them in the future or recommending them to others;
These guys do fast work at a very reasonable price. I was very satisfied and will certainly use them for my other properties in the future!
Steel City Roofers was absolutely wonderful to work with! Bradley came quickly after I noticed a leak in my attic from my roof. Their prices were very reasonable and we agreed that they would be replacing my 27 year old roof in a couple of weeks. A few days later, we had that powerful windstorm and it knocked one of my wind turbines off my roof leaving a large hole! Bradley came over in a couple of hours and sealed my hole with a large tarp! We had an incredible experience from start to finish on replacing our roof with Steel City. Owner Rick was referred to us and was so punctual, knowledgable and explanatory about the process. He helped us in working with insurance and was very hands-on, even coming by to meet with adjuster and really went the extra mile. Mike (the supervisor for our job) was on site the whole time they were working on the roof.
