Non responsive to phone calls messages etc etc. Which is odd for anyone involved in real estate
I recently rented a property steel city realty was representing. It's now the 3rd and the apartment is still uninhabitable. The first day I walked in there's no hot water, no working toilet, no new paint on the walls, roaches crawling all over the walls, the kitchen cabinet had severe water damage it collapsed. My husband and I purchased our 2nd rental property with empire just yesterday. To say that the entire process was frustrating was an understatement. Things had come up that were beyond our control and the process lasted about 4 months. Asia was our realtor and kept us up to date every step of the way.
